So… I recently solved a weirdly common problem in my life.

One that’s small—but lowkey ruins everything when ignored.

I wasn’t drinking enough water.

Let’s be real—We all suck at drinking water.
70% of our body is made of water, but some days I functioned like a dry leaf in exam season.

I knew I was supposed to drink approx 3 liters.
But most days? I barely hit 1L.

I set reminders. Ignored them.
I tried tracking. Forgot about it.
Turns out, I didn’t need motivation…
I needed a slap.

I asked myself: What Actually motivates me?

And then it hit me: Shame.

Remember whenever someone said "you can't do it" or "you are worthless"

Yeah, I needed that energy.
So I locked in and built something absurd but effective:

A Notion template that shames you for being dehydrated.

And guess what?

I made it.

This system will roast you until you complete the day’s Water Intake Goal.

The default intake goal is set at 3000 ml, which can be changed anytime.

I added some buttons to reduce friction.

And made it aesthetic so that I really want to use it.

I love notion's new feed view. As you can see, it is showing only today's progress at the top in a clean interface.

Added a lot of roasting feedbacks at different progress percentages.

You can also customize them if you want.

In case you get too motivated and the water intake goes over 4100ml, it will remind you to stop overhydrating too.

I also created a dashboard to see my last 7 days progress in a sleek interface.

At the bottom I also added a Calendar view.

I didn't reach 100% everyday, but it made me drink more water just to click those buttons and see a less abusive feedback.

And that's the point.

I can use it from phone too from the Notion app in phone. It opens like this —

I’m really in love with it.

I've been using this for over a week and I significantly felt the changes

  • I’m feeling more energetic throughout the day.

  • My skin looks fresher and a little more glowy.

  • Digestion's vibing too.

  • Even my mood feels a bit more stable.

Moreover, clicking those buttons and seeing the green circular bar filling is therapeutic.

I solved my problem.
